Qualifications

• 4-7 years experience including 1+ year of private equity investing experience.
• Strong quantitative & analytical skills.
• Financial modeling expertise: LBO and DCF models, financial statements, performance ratios.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality input and feedback on new deal opportunities.
• Prepare deal teams for first visits, including preparing first visit presentations.
• Represent the firm in presentations with prospective portfolio companies.
• Build financial models for acquisitions.
• Support due diligence analyses, manipulate data obtained from target companies in support of the required analyses.
• Lead drafting of investment committee materials.
• Represent the firm on Board of Directors of a portfolio company
• Support the exit or recapitalizations of portfolio companies.
• Manage and develop junior investors.
