Senior Assistant Vice President - Account Management - Healthcare Payer Solutions

The Senior Assistant Vice President is a strategic role focused on driving revenue growth through account management and delivering customized solutions for Healthcare Payer clients. This role requires a dynamic individual capable of managing multiple priorities and fostering innovation in a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Partner with client executives and internal teams to identify opportunities across data analytics, digital solutions, and automation.
  2. Develop and implement growth strategies for key healthcare payer accounts, focusing on new business acquisition and expansion within existing accounts.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on go-to-market strategies and value propositions.
  4. Serve as the primary contact for strategic accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction through proactive management and communication.
  5. Manage client requests, contracts, and financial metrics to ensure operational excellence and profitability.
  6. Coordinate with EXL Health teams to deliver integrated, client-centric solutions.
  7. Identify new opportunities within accounts, leveraging a consultative approach to address client pain points with innovative solutions.
  8. Promote EXL's services, including digital transformation, analytics, and technology solutions tailored for the Payer sector.
  9. Maintain a deep understanding of the US healthcare Payer landscape, including regulatory and operational nuances.
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership in Healthcare Payor account management with a track record of revenue growth and client retention.
  • Expertise in managed care, healthcare insurance, digital technologies, and enterprise solutions relevant to national Payers.
  • Successful experience leading sales in the managed care domain.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating technical solutions to diverse stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related fields; an advanced degree is preferred.

Base Salary Range Disclaimer: The salary range listed ($160,000 - $185,000) reflects the low and high ends for this role and may vary based on location and experience.
