Job Requirements of Senior Assistant Store Manager:

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: Trenton, NJ (Onsite)

Hourly Rate: Ranges from $19.99 - $20.24 per hour, dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Establish and maintain Guest Services.
2. Support the Store Manager in overall store operations.
3. Ensure maximum sales and profitability by developing staff and controlling expenses and shrinkage.
4. Manage all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with Company policies and procedures.

Additional Information:

This position will work up to 38 hours per week. The minimum age requirement for an Assistant Store Manager is 18. The physical demands of the job require in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Prior retail and/or management experience is required.
