The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services. They support the Store Manager in various tasks involved in the overall operation of the store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing merchandising and inventory control in adherence with all Company policies and procedures.
