The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services. This role supports the Store Manager in various tasks involved in the overall operation of the store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing merchandising and inventory control in accordance with company policies and procedures.
