Job Requirements of Senior Assistant Store Manager:

1. Employment Type: Full-Time
2. Location: Des Peres, MO (Onsite)
3. Hourly Rate: Ranges from $17.00 - $17.25 per hour, dependent upon qualifications and experience.
4. 5. Responsibilities: The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services, supporting the Store Manager in various tasks involved in the overall operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, as well as all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with all Company policies and procedures.
6. Work Hours: This position will work up to 38 hours per week.
7. Minimum Age Requirement: 18 years old.
8. Physical Demands: Requires in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
9. Experience: Prior retail and/or management experience is required.
