Spencer's & Spirit Halloween is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Manhattan, Kansas. In this role, you will support store operations, manage guest services, and develop staff while adhering to company policies. Prior retail or management experience is required. Hourly rate ranges from $17.00 to $17.25 and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services. The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in various tasks involved in the overall operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing merchandising and inventory control in adherence with all Company policies and procedures.
This position will work up to 38 hours per week. The minimum age requirement for an Assistant Store Manager is 18. The physical demands of the job include standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds for more than 8 hours. Prior retail and/or management experience is required.
