Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

Hourly Rate: $18.00 - $18.25 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain Guest Services.
• Support the Store Manager in daily operations to maximize sales and profitability.
• Develop staff, control expenses and shrinkage, and oversee merchandising and inventory control.

Additional Details: This position works up to 38 hours per week. The minimum age requirement is 18. Physical demands include standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds for over 8 hours. Prior retail or management experience is required.
