Job description

Hourly rate ranges from $17.00 - $17.25 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services. The role supports the Store Manager in overall store operations to ensure maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing merchandising and inventory in compliance with company policies.

This position works up to 38 hours per week. The minimum age requirement is 18. Physical demands include standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds for over 8 hours. Prior retail or management experience is required.
