Job summary

Caliber Car Wash in Marietta, GA is hiring a Sr. Assistant Store Manager to lead a brand-new express tunnel car wash location. The role requires at least 2 years of customer service management experience and a passion for delivering superior service.

You will coach staff, resolve customer questions, and ensure daily site performance. Salary ranges from $20.00 to $22.00 per hour, with bonuses and commission.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ management experience, service industry preferred.
• Ability to develop/train workforce and drive results through others.
• Proactive in developing strategies to meet client and internal deadlines.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Train, and coach staff to achieve top performance and develop employees for future growth

Experience:

Caliber Car Wash is seeking to hire a full-time Sr. Assistant Store Manager with a minimum of two years of customer service management experience to operate its brand new our state -of-the-art express tunnel car wash . The Assistant Store Manager is essential to the structure of the car wash, ensuring the highest level of customer service satisfaction.

Requirements:
