Job summary

Caliber Car Wash in Indian Harbour Beach, FL is seeking a full-time Sr. Assistant Store Manager to lead our brand-new, state-of-the-art express tunnel car wash. You will train staff, coach performance, resolve customer questions, and communicate goals to the team to drive location success.

A minimum of two years’ customer service management experience is required. We offer competitive hourly pay from $17 to $19 plus bonuses and commission, along with health, vision, 401K, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ management experience; service industry preferred.
• Ability to develop and train workforce and achieve results through others.
• Proactive in developing and utilizing effective strategies to meet deadlines.
• Passionate about delivering superior customer service and location success.
