Job Responsibilities

• Make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling, support, uphold product quality, cleanliness, and other standards.
• Build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, developing, and communicating expectations to the team.
• Coach, teach, and motivate the team to maintain high-quality guest service and safety.
• Exercise good business judgment in cost control, financial accounting, inventory, and labor management.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old (RVP approval may allow for younger applicants based on local laws).
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years management experience, preferably in food service, or proven track record as a CEC Assistant Manager.

Essential Job Functions & Work Environment

• Lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds.
• Stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during shifts.
• Work environment includes flashing lights, moving mechanical parts, loud noise, and exposure to various weather conditions.
