Job summary

CEC Entertainment, LLC in the United States seeks a Senior Assistant Manager to oversee restaurant operations, staff scheduling, and guest satisfaction at Chuck E. Cheese locations.

You’ll ensure resources, training, and motivation to deliver an exceptional guest experience, with emphasis on teamwork and accountability. The role includes access to earned wages through the Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow program, and a comprehensive benefits package for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age or older (RVP approval may allow hiring at local legal age).
• High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years of management experience, preferably in food service, or proven track record as a CEC Assistant Manager.

Responsibilities

• Make daily decisions on time management, staffing, training, and maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Recruit, train, develop, and communicate expectations to the team to maximize sales and profits.
• Coach and motivate the team to deliver high-quality guest service and maintain safety.
• Exercise sound business judgment in cost controls, inventory, and labor management.
