Job summary

Perimeter Medical Imaging AI is seeking an Assistant Controller to lead day-to-day accounting operations and support financial health. You will report to the CFO, manage month-end close, and ensure accurate general ledger, while mentoring staff.

The ideal candidate has 4–7 years in accounting, 1–2 years in a supervisory role, and hands-on experience with ERP systems. This hybrid Dallas-based role requires living in the DFW area and strong cross-border knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA designation (or near completion) required.
• 4–7 years accounting experience, with 1–2 years supervisory; public company experience a must.
• Advanced Excel and NetSuite experience.
• Cross-border accounting experience desired.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Prepare and review financial statements and executive reporting packages.
• Perform variance analysis and provide commentary to leadership.
• Draft MD&A and assist with regulatory filings and annual meetings.
