Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience with 3+ years leading teams.
• Strong US GAAP, internal controls, and audit-ready workpapers.
• Experience managing multiple entities and intercompany activity.
• Advanced Excel and ERP report proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end month-end close and general ledger entries.
• Lead reconciliations and ensure audit-ready documentation.
• Partner with Operations, Treasury, Tax, and Financial Reporting.
• Develop staff and improve processes for efficiency.
• Serve as primary contact for external auditors and SOX readiness.
