Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field (or equivalent).
• Minimum 7 years of progressive accounting/finance experience.
• Construction accounting knowledge including %-of-completion and multi-entity accounting.
• Advanced Excel skills for financial modeling and large data analysis.
• Strong GAAP, budgeting, cash flow and internal controls understanding.
• Ability to communicate across a cross-functional team.

Aufgaben

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close with accurate GAAP reporting.
• Maintain and analyze general ledger accounts for accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare journal entries and reconciliations; support consolidated statements.
• Provide financial analysis to aid strategic decisions and operations.
• Oversee fixed assets, payroll backup, and ERP configuration improvements.
• Develop and document internal controls and SOPs.
