Precinmac in Agawam, MA is seeking an Assistant Controller to oversee financial reporting and compliance across the company’s entities. You will ensure timely, accurate reporting and maintain robust cash flow projections while supporting the corporate controller.

The role requires 7+ years in manufacturing finance/accounting, with CMA/CPA and/or MBA, and Big 4/internal audit experience preferred. Travel minimal, remote work not offered.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience in manufacturing finance/accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting; CMA/CPA and/or MBA required.
• Big 4 or internal audit experience preferred (3+ years).
• Strong technical accounting knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Own the Compliance Program - develop, implement and manage compliance procedures supporting corporate accounting policies and procedures.
• Perform consolidation of the monthly financial results.
• Assist Controller with timely and accurate consolidated information for internal and corporate reporting.
• Maintain and improve monthly business reporting and highlight key metrics.
• Review monthly financials by legal entities for accuracy.
• Support external audits as required.
• Assist with insurance program support and renewals.
• Assist with integrations of acquired companies.
• Protect organization's information by keeping it confidential.
