Requires 2+ years in a similar role in a 5-star setting and leadership of a multicultural team. Fluency in English is essential; strong administrative and health/sanitary policy knowledge is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as Assistant Chief Housekeeper or similar in a 5-star hospitality environment.
• Experience with ship operations of 500+ staterooms is required.
• Fluent English with excellent oral communication; guest-focused and professional.
• Strong admin skills and knowledge of health/sanitary policies; physically fit.

Responsibilities

• Monitor locker supplies, manage general store distribution, and submit weekly requisitions.
• Inform Executive Housekeeper of guest issues and follow up on special requests.
• Maintain up-to-date logs and cleaning matrices for rooms and areas.
• Inspect housekeeping areas for compliance with policies and safety; report issues.
• Lead a multicultural team to maximize crew satisfaction and retention.
