Job summary

BMO Financial Group in Omaha is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to oversee End User Asset Management and Asset Reclamation programs, partnering with procurement, legal, and vendor teams to ensure contractual commitments are met.

You will lead governance forums, manage budgets, and drive improvements in asset visibility and risk management while aligning with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Finance, Risk Management, Operations or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in vendor management, governance, service delivery, asset management, risk management or operational leadership.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience managing strategic vendor relationships and contractual obligations.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance reviews, QBRs and executive governance meetings.
• Manage vendor relationships, SLAs, KPIs and performance issues.
• Oversee budgets, forecasting and financial performance against targets.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and effective control execution.
• Provide leadership to governance and controls teams.
