Job summary

Bank of Montreal (BMO) is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to govern End User Asset Management and Asset Reclamation programs. You will lead vendor governance, budget oversight, and risk controls, coordinating with procurement, legal, and technology teams to ensure contractual obligations are met.

You will direct monthly governance, support audits, and provide leadership to the governance and controls team, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree as listed in the qualifications.
• 7+ years of experience in vendor management, governance, or operational leadership.
• Experience leading governance forums and executive-level engagements.
• Strong IT asset lifecycle, inventory governance, and controls knowledge.
• Proven budget, forecast, and financial performance management.

Responsibilities

• Vendor relationship management and governance for strategic assets.
• Lead governance reviews (monthly/quarterly) and executive meetings.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, invoices, and financial performance.
• Drive cost efficiency, procurement collaboration, and contract negotiations.
