Qualifications

• Associates with 4+ years in industry.
• HS diploma with 6+ years experience.
• Desirable: Reliability leadership certifications.
• Experience in manufacturing maintenance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead asset management strategies aligning with ELP reliability goals.
• Lead PDCA, RCA, risk management, PMO, FMEA, and loss elimination.
• Drive reliability improvements and up-time for assets.
• Deliver reliability training and support asset design reviews.
• Collaborate with departments to implement BP themes and SAP support.
