Qualifications

  • BSME, BSCHE, BSEE, BSIE or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years hands-on experience in heavy manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes in an industrial environment.
  • Proactive leadership without direct reporting responsibility.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and statistical software.
  • Self-disciplined with ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and manage asset reliability risks affecting plant operations.
  • Develop and maintain an Asset Maintenance Plan with predictive methods.
  • Support LCAM processes across asset life cycles and installations.
  • Perform design criteria development for equipment and MRO suppliers.
  • Provide technical support to production and maintenance teams.
  • Lead change with department managers to improve reliability.
