Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive real estate asset management experience with budgeting, lender reporting, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with multi-family assets, preferably in the Delaware/Mid-Atlantic market.
• Strong transaction analysis, negotiation, and documentation skills.
• Advanced financial modeling proficiency; Excel and Argus experience.
• Deep knowledge of real estate valuation related to acquisitions, renovations, dispositions, and financing.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical reasoning.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience interacting with lenders, institutional investors, and joint venture partners.
• Familiarity with HUD compliance and affordable housing requirements.
• Ability to work effectively alone and in a team environment.
• Experience with Yardi and BI tools (Power BI, Looker).

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day asset management for assigned multi-family assets; collaborate with senior management to maximize financial performance.
• Serve as primary contact for asset information with lenders and equity partners.
• Track asset performance, compliance milestones, and monthly/quarterly reporting.
• Analyze investment and operational decisions; support lease negotiations and capital plans.
• Lead annual property budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
• Coordinate with leasing teams and analyze leasing proposals using Excel/Argus to protect asset value.
• Manage debt schedule, distributions, and covenant compliance; prepare lender reporting packages.
• Support acquisitions, dispositions, and financing activities with market analysis and financial data.
• Prepare investor reporting and participate in investor calls; ensure HUD compliance as needed.
