As a Senior Asset Manager within PNC's Multifamily Capital organization, you will be based in Columbus or Dallas.

Job Description
  • Oversees portfolios and/or customer requests of high complexity and performs transaction analysis.
  • Reviews and processes customer requests related to the servicing of assets, monitors watch list assets, and may transfer assets to special servicing. Prepares and presents cases and approval memoranda for approval as designated and makes suitable recommendations to leadership. Reserve administration.
  • May perform or coordinate inspections and complete reports.
  • Reviews financial statements related to the asset, market, and economic data to determine the economic and/or compliance impact for the operation of the assets. Interprets loan documents and servicing agreements. May perform risk ratings, create investor reports, escalate issues, and manage credit risk and compliance documentation. Identifies process improvement opportunities and may update policies and procedures.
  • Engages in frequent verbal and written communication with internal and external parties, including high-touch customers, outside counsel, agencies, special servicers, and investors.

Qualifications

Candidates should demonstrate relevant knowledge, skills, and experience, including:

  • Preferred Skills: Asset Management, Decision Making, Financial Accounting, Financial Management, General Ledger, Investment Management, Revenue Recognition
  • Competencies: Data Gathering and Reporting, Decision Making and Critical Thinking, Effective Communication, Financial Statement Analysis, Investment Reporting, Managing Multiple Priorities, Market Risk, Negotiating, Problem Solving, Regulatory Environment - Financial Services
  • Work Experience: Typically requires a university/college degree with 3+ years of relevant industry experience. Certifications are desirable.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
