Job summary

Aypa Power LLC is seeking a finance leader to own the P&L for its BESS and Solar + BESS assets in the United States. You will drive revenue optimization and control expenses, ensuring financial targets are met while supporting strategic negotiations with PPAs and lenders.

You will collaborate with Operations and Engineering to monitor KPIs, identify gaps, and implement continuous improvement initiatives that maximize asset value.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall financial performance (P&L) of assigned BESS and Solar + BESS operating assets, including revenue optimization and expense management.
• Manage compliance with PPAs, credit agreements, and regulatory standards while supporting contract negotiations.
• Partner with Operations and Engineering to track KPIs, identify performance gaps, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
