Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC) is seeking a Senior Asset Manager to lead loan monitoring, reporting, and risk assessment for LIHTC/NMTC portfolios within the Lending Department. You will manage closed loans, track maturities, and coordinate with multiple teams to ensure data integrity.

The role emphasizes proactive workout strategies, data governance, and strong communication with borrowers. Travel may be required, with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience with loan asset portfolio management, acquisitions, credit, and underwriting in community development.
• Minimum five years’ real estate experience with knowledge of real estate finance/operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage a loan portfolio across product and project types in community development lending.
• Conduct credit assessments and monitor covenant compliance; prepare portfolio reports and risk ratings.
• Track disbursements, maintain relationships with borrowers, and identify workout opportunities when needed.
• Coordinate with Lending, Credit, Asset Management, Legal, and Loan Administration teams to keep documentation current.
• Travel may be required.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
