AMCL, a Turner & Townsend Company, is seeking a Senior Asset Management Consultant for the US team. You will support delivery of consultancy and transformation projects across sectors including transit, power, municipal, ports, and real estate, focusing on asset management capability improvement and Enterprise Asset Management implementations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
• Minimum of seven years of experience performing similar work with or on behalf of an infrastructure organization.
• Strong analytical skills, including experience with data analytics and whole lifecycle cost analysis
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, VBA, etc.)
• Ability to work autonomously and under minimal direction from project teams to develop high-quality deliverables
• Critical thinker and problem solver, ability to diagnose root causes and apply knowledge and experience to solve problems creatively
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to translate complex concepts and findings into clear, concise, and accessible insights
• Strong people and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills

Responsabilidades

• Support the delivery of asset management transformation projects for infrastructure clients.
• Lead or collaborate with teams to deliver end-to-end asset management cycles.
• Consult with clients to improve asset management capabilities and governance.
• Deliver work on time and within budget, with clear reporting.
• Participate in budget tracking, risk management, and monthly progress updates.
• Facilitate interviews/workshops and produce reports and presentations.
