CBRE in Atlanta seeks an Investor Asset Management Sr Analyst to support asset performance and strategic initiatives for assigned assets. You will collaborate with owners and internal teams to maximize value, perform analyses, and assist in budgeting and cash-flow optimization.

Your role includes contributing to leasing strategies, subleases, and tenant relations while applying CBRE processes and standards across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Commercial Real Estate Asset Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support property-specific business planning, reporting, and budgeting processes.
• Synthesize complex analyses with clear takeaways and recommendations.
• Help maintain and update analyses and reforecasts.
• Contribute to optimization of cash flow and rental income via tenant management and negotiations.
• Assist in extending, redeveloping, and repositioning assets to increase future value.
• Collaborate with CBRE departments to meet client expectations and apply best practices.
