Responsibilities

• Develop and train all new legal assistants and clerical staff.
• Revise work schedules to meet deadlines and workload.
• Create and provide instructional guidelines for division tasks.
• Participate in hiring, promotions, reassignments and disciplinary actions.
• Provide direct legal support to AUSA staff on asset forfeiture.
• Manage documents, storage, and file cabinets; act as document manager.
• Review and approve or reject work to meet quality standards.
• Oversee attendance, leave, and vacations; advise on disciplinary matters.
• Move assignments to improve productivity in debt collection and related activities.
