Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6 years' experience in Asset allocation, investment research, portfolio construction, or related investment analysis.
• OR High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent and 10 years' experience in Asset allocation, investment research, portfolio construction, or related investment analysis.
• Preferred Area of Study: Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Economics, or related quantitative discipline
• Preferred Licenses or Certifications: Advanced degree and/or CFA Charterholder

Responsibilities

• Asset Allocation Research – Conducts quantitative and fundamental research supporting capital market expectations, strategic asset allocation decisions, and portfolio construction.
• Performance Reporting & Attribution – Produces daily, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc performance reporting, attribution analysis, and investment communications.
• Business Support – Partners with wealth advisors, institutional partners, and other business units to deliver custom asset allocation analysis, client‑specific portfolio solutions, investment insights, and performance reviews.
• Portfolio & Model Management – Maintains asset allocation models and portfolio strategies within portfolio accounting, performance reporting, and trading systems.
• Governance & Compliance Support – Supports investment committee activities, model governance, model risk management, and regulatory compliance processes.
