Job summary

Club Car, LLC is seeking an Assembly role in Appling, GA. Under supervision, you will fill in for absent assemblers across departments, ensure tool readiness and proper setup, and train teammates on assembly methods and quality procedures.

You will also coordinate with Quality Control for initial approvals, handle rework and repairs in finished goods, and participate in continuous improvement of tooling and processes. A High School Diploma and prior assembly experience are required.

Qualifications

  • Must have High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to read blueprints and communicate technical issues to assemblers.
  • Minimum six months of Club Car assembly experience or three years of assembly experience.

Responsibilities

  • Fill in as an assembler anywhere in the department when others are absent.
  • Set up jobs and ensure tools are available to meet daily manufacturing requirements.
  • Train new associates on assembly methods, work verification, and quality procedures.
  • Coordinate with Quality Control for initial approval of parts and with supervision for disposition of scrapped parts.
  • Train assemblers in safety, cleanliness, and policy/procedure compliance.
  • Perform rework and repairs on vehicles in finished goods inventory as needed.
  • Submit work orders and tool repair tickets promptly.
  • Suggest improvements to tooling, fixtures, and processes for quality enhancements.
