Job summary

Atlas Carts in Williston, South Carolina, is seeking a Quality Rework Technician to inspect components, perform repairs, and ensure finished golf carts meet quality standards. Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will document results, troubleshoot defects, and conduct final inspections on shipments.

This role requires reading and following written instructions, lifting up to 50 lbs, and may involve overtime.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on automotive or golf cart experience required.
• Must be able to read and write English.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Previous assembly/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual and functional checks on components, assemblies, and finished golf carts to identify defects or nonconformities.
• Document and record inspection results and identified issues.
• Troubleshoot defective components and rework/repair vehicles.
• Conduct final inspections to ensure carts meet quality criteria before shipment.

Reporting to the Quality Manager, as a Quality Rework Technician you will perform routine checks, repairs, inspections of material, goods in process and finished assemblies.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform visual and functional checks on components, assemblies, and finished golf carts to identify any defects, malfunctions, or nonconformities.
• Document and record inspection results, noting any identified defects or issues.
• Troubleshoot and document defective components
• Rework/repair of vehicles
• Document and record inspection results, noting any identified defects or issues.
• Conduct final inspections on completed golf carts to ensure they meet all specified quality criteria before shipment

Experience Preferred

• 2+ years handson automotive or golf cart experience preferred.
• High School Diploma/Equivalent.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Must be able to read and write English.
• Previous assembly and/or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Must be able to work overtime as necessary.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
