Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED and 5+ years manufacturing experience.
• 2-3 years supervisory/management experience in assembly or production.
• Proficiency with MES/ERP systems and Microsoft Office; data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Study applicable drawings and prints to determine tasks.
• Operate and use hand tools, electric and pneumatic power tools, cranes and forklifts as required.
• Follow verbal and written instructions from leads, supervisors, and other designated personnel.
• Maintain shop safety protocols and housekeeping; wear PPE as required.
• Lift and move materials; assist with setup and teardown as needed.
• Perform other related duties to support operations.
