Job summary

Beusa Energy Group seeks an experienced Assembly Mechanic at our Ponca City, OK site. You will use hand tools, power tools, cranes, and forklifts to assemble components per drawings and instructions.

The role requires strong tool skills, adherence to safety policies, and up-to-date knowledge of MES/ERP systems and MS Office. Supervisory experience is valued, with a Monday–Friday day shift in Ponca City.

Qualifications

• Must have strong English communication.
• Minimum 5+ years in manufacturing operations.
• Minimum 2–3 years supervisory or management experience in assembly.
• Experience with assembly processes, hand tools, fixtures, torque tools, jigs, test equipment, and basic electrical/mechanical assembly.

Responsibilities

• Follow drawings, blueprints and assembly drawings to build products.
• Identify tools and equipment needed for tasks and use appropriate tools safely.
• Maintain tool and workspace cleanliness and safety protocols.
• Operate lifting aids and assist with team tasks as needed.
• Assist with continuous improvement and quality initiatives.
