Job summary

Life Fitness / Hammer Strength is seeking an on-site Production Operator in Minnesota to oversee daily assembly operations and ensure products meet quality standards. The role includes supervising team members, reading instructions, and maintaining proper paperwork, with emphasis on safety and efficiency.

You will work a 36-hour base week with paid overtime, and participate in the Production Bonus Plan based on performance metrics. Benefits include 401(k) match, health plans, PTO, and more.

Qualifications

• Experience in cross-functional assembly with hand tools and gauges.
• Ability to read work instructions and drawings.
• Proficient in English communication.
• Capable of working independently in a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Train and direct assembly staff across all stations.
• Ensure assembly line meets production schedules.
• Report daily production to Supervisor.
• Complete assembly of various machine models.
• Maintain required paperwork.
• Verify machines meet quality standards.
• Use gauges and instruments to check tolerances.
• Move machines and operate pallet jacks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
