Job summary

Life Fitness / Hammer Strength in Owatonna, MN is seeking a Production Assembler on the 1st shift. You will assemble, test, and inspect high-quality fitness equipment in a collaborative manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include preparing materials, assembling per procedures, using hand and air tools, and inspecting for quality. Four-day workweek and potential bonuses accompany a full-time role with benefits.

• Cross-train to work at multiple stations as needed
• Identify and communicate quality concerns and assist with resolution
• Follow material replenishment processes to support production flow
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and dispose of waste properly
• Perform other duties as assigned

What You'll Do

Required Qualifications

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Occasionally lift up to 35 lbs


• Stand for extended periods


• Walk, bend, turn, and reach throughout the shift


• Repetitive motion associated with assembly activities


• Manufacturing environment with moderate to high noise levels

Your base wage will be between $19.00 - $22.13 per hour and includes eligibility for overtime. The actual wage offer will be based on qualifications, experience, location, and other relevant factors. You’ll have the opportunity to participate in the Production Bonus Plan, which provides opportunities to earn additional compensation based on performance metrics. Bonus eligibility is subject to meeting certain production goals and other criteria as outlined.
