Job summary

Crusoe Energy is seeking an Assembly Lead to oversee the building and assembly of manufactured products and components. You will lead a dedicated crew, ensure resources are available, and drive on-time delivery with a strong emphasis on safety and quality.

You will coordinate with department leads, review work orders, manage materials, and backfill production as needed to maintain continuous flow. A mechanical mindset and hands-on leadership are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a manufacturing team.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and BOMs.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Willingness to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and coach assembly crew to ensure safety and quality.
• Manage material handling, installation, and prep for shipment.
• Review work orders and verify materials and parts availability.
• Labeling, logo placement, and compliance with safety standards.
• Coordinate with production and sales to maintain schedules.
