Qualifications
Four-year Mechanical Engineering Degree (BSME).
Expertise in bolted joint design and strategies.
Experience with Torque, Pressing Processes, and Gaging equipment.
Solid skills in communication and interpersonal relations.
Proven mechanical aptitude for analytical problem solving.
Knowledge of pressure decay leak testing.
Responsibilities
Strive for operational excellence through line balance.
Lead capital project planning and execution in assembly.
Create and update required process documentation.
Evaluate and update documents according to Process Change Requests.
Create specifications, recommendations and designs for tools and processes.
Test tools and processes.
Specify gaging techniques.
Keep abreast of developments in automated assembly.
Lead creation and updates to process flow and PFMEA.
Support other teams as required.
