Lockheed Martin is seeking an Assembler Sr Spec to lead and develop a team of assemblers, balance workloads, and monitor line performance to meet daily output targets and on-time delivery. The role emphasizes manufacturing excellence, safety, and continuous improvement across PMT.

The position requires strong communication, adaptability, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality standards.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
• Minimum of 2-3 years manufacturing and/or production experience.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with leading the Team – Direct, coach, and develop assemblers.
• Coordinate with the supervisor to balance workloads and monitor line performance to achieve daily output targets and on-time delivery.
• Ensure assemblers are working to the highest quality standards by leading and training them in best practices.
• Identify bottlenecks, reduce waste, improve cycle time, and participate/lead process improvements in PMT.
