Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, diagrams, specifications, and work instructions.
• Demonstrated ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment and follow procedures.
• Ability to lift 30–50 pounds and use hand/power tools.
• U.S. citizen; facility requires special access.

Responsibilities

• Perform repetitive and non‑repetitive assembly tasks on mechanical assemblies and sub‑assemblies.
• Operate automated equipment; conduct touch‑up painting and related manufacturing processes.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, diagrams, specifications, work instructions, and production plans.
• Use hand/power tools, jigs, fixtures, saws, and precision equipment to complete assemblies.
• Conduct in‑process and final quality inspections to meet specifications.
• Disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test components per technical requirements.
• Identify and report quality, process, safety, and production issues; help resolve them.
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
• Follow procedures and own the production of high‑quality work that supports the mission.
