• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 2+ years in electronic, electro-mechanical, or mechanical assembly.
• Technical: Reading assembly drawings, work instructions, schematics, and using hand tools.
• Problem solving: identify issues and propose practical solutions.
• Attention to detail to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Strong communication with team and supervisors.

Responsabilidades

• Assemble electronic, electro-mechanical, and mechanical products following detailed instructions.
• Inspect work throughout the process to ensure quality before final assembly.
• Complete production documentation and record non-conformances when needed.
