Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Chemistry, or related discipline required.
• Four (4) years of industry related experience.
• Location: Tempe, Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Plays an active role in quality oversight and control standards and procedures.
• Supports or leads investigations related to significant quality incidents.
• Maintains technical expertise on formulation and applications of asphalt products, including binders and emulsions, hot mix asphalt and roofing.
• Engages in industry innovations and research, and collaborates with government and industry groups.
• Develops new products and optimizes processes, including capital projects.
• Collaborates with internal partners to support production, transportation, storage and sales.
• Communicates complex technical ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
