Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking best-in-class ASIC Verification Engineers to verify the design and implementation of the world’s leading inference accelerator. This role offers the chance to impact products from consumer graphics to self-driving cars and AI, with a team focused on high-performance processors.

Base salary ranges are $168,000–$264,500 (Level 4) or $196,000–$310,500 (Level 5), with eligibility for equity and benefits; applications accepted until September 26, 2026.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in EE, CS or CE (or equivalent) with 8+ years of experience.
• Experience building block and SoC level testbenches with strong debugging.
• Experience with random stimuli, functional coverage, and assertion-based verification.
• Expertise in SystemVerilog and UVM.
• Experience with VCS, Verdi or equivalent tools.
• UPF power verification experience is a plus.
• Netlist and DFT verification experience is a plus.
• Perl/Python and C/C++ programming experience desirable.
• Knowledge of ASIC design flow from spec to GDS.
• Knowledge of applying machine learning to ASIC verification flow.

Responsibilities

• Verify design and implementation of the inference accelerator
• Verify ASIC design, architecture, reference models and micro-architecture
• Define verification scope and develop verification infrastructure
• Collaborate with architects, designers and other teams
• Implement and optimize automated verification flows
• Stay updated on ASIC verification trends and apply innovative techniques
