Job summary

Meta is seeking a Technical Program Manager with ASIC experience to lead cross-functional, multi-site programs delivering ASICs for Meta's infrastructure. You will guide roadmaps, monitor progress and define functional requirements for new products and features, leveraging a strong background in system architecture and silicon development.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical Engineering or related technical field.
• 10+ years of experience in ASIC development.
• 2+ years in Program/Product Management or Engineering Management with leadership delivering products.
• Experience from technical details to big picture.
• Experience managing ASIC design flow (architecture, RTL, synthesis, verification, physical layout).
• Experience in pre-silicon testing with Emulation, FPGA and post-silicon validation.
• Proven stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs with milestones and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional infrastructure programs across Silicon Eng., Platform Software, Hardware Systems, Sourcing & Operations and vendors.
• Drive ASIC development and subsystems from concept to production with vendors.
• Provide hands-on program management across silicon and firmware phases from concept to production.
• Engage with stakeholders to define product roadmaps.
• Drive execution to deliver high quality ASIC solutions.
• Drive internal process improvements across teams and functions.
• Collaborate with software and hardware architecture teams to align requirements.
