Job summary

You will design, deploy, and maintain automation workflows, collaborate with Design/EDA/AI teams, translate complex challenges into scalable solutions, and optimize routing and verification to meet tape-outs. This role emphasizes automation maturity and measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with automation in packaging or SOC physical design is preferred.
• Proficiency in scripting (Python) and familiarity with C++/Java is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deploy, and maintain automation frameworks for package substrates, silicon interposers and bridge-based integration.
• Apply AI/ML methods to automate routing, placement optimization, and SI/PI improvements.
• Collaborate across design, EDA, and AI/ML teams to identify automation opportunities and reduce design cycles.
• Work with EDA tools teams and vendors to enhance automation features and workflows.
• Support design milestones and tape-outs by ensuring automation readiness and quality.
• Document best practices and reusable workflows for broader team adoption.
