A leading AI hardware company in the United States seeks an experienced ASIC Developer to redefine AI hardware development. The ideal candidate will have a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fields, along with over 5 years of industry experience in ASIC design. Responsibilities include optimizing the ASIC development lifecycle, establishing metrics for efficiency, and mentoring engineers. This position offers a base salary range of $152,000 - $241,500 for Level 3 and $184,000 - $287,500 for Level 4, along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven industry experience.
• Proven track record developing ASIC design frameworks.
• Experience with RTL, functional verification, or physical design is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Identify cross-stage bottlenecks and opportunities for AI-driven improvements.
• Establish quantitative metrics to measure efficiency and quality.
• Mentor engineers on AI-enabled development techniques.

Skills

High-level programming skills (Python, PERL, Make, shell scripting)

Experience with AI frameworks
