Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven industry experience.
• Experience with AI frameworks including knowledge of agentic flow development.
• First-hand experience with RTL, functional verification, formal verification, or physical design.

Responsibilities

• Identify bottlenecks and opportunities to improve ASIC development.
• Curate and leverage real-time data for AI models.
• Establish quantitative metrics to measure improvement.
• Serve as a technical catalyst and mentor engineers.
• Track advances in AI, EDA, and hardware research.
