Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven industry experience.
• Proven track record developing groundbreaking ASIC design frameworks and flows.
• First-hand experience with RTL, functional verification, formal verification, or physical design is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Identify cross-stage bottlenecks and opportunities for automation and AI improvements.
• Establish quantitative metrics for efficiency and quality.
• Act as a technical catalyst by mentoring engineers on AI-enabled development techniques.

Skills

High-level programming skills (Python, PERL, Make, shell scripting)

Experience with AI frameworks

Strong verbal and written communication skills
