Job summary

Broadcom Inc. seeks an experienced ASIC Implementation Engineer in a full‑time role across multiple locations, including Andover, MA, and Irvine, CA. You will lead design closure across disciplines, optimize synthesis, P&R, and timing, and collaborate with customers and teams globally to deliver quality silicon.

The role requires an Electrical Engineering degree with 8+ years (MS 6+), strong EDA tool expertise, and the ability to drive peer reviews in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field and 8+ years of related experience; or Masters with 6+ years.
• Experience with synthesis, DFT, floorplanning, P&R, clocking, power and timing analysis.
• Ability to lead design closure and perform peer reviews across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Participate in large complex design implementations using latest technology nodes.
• Lead one or more disciplines in design closure as part of the design team.
• Work with multiple EDA tools and adapt to changing requirements.
• Drive peer reviews to ensure quality requirements are met.
