Job summary

PCI is seeking a Manufacturing Technician III to join its biopharma and medical device operations. The role involves aseptic filling, preparation, and lyophilization within cleanroom environments, under general supervision.

You will mentor less experienced staff, maintain batch records, and help ensure GMP/ISO compliance while addressing equipment-related issues and optimizing processes.

Qualifications

• Experience applying aseptic techniques in sterile manufacturing environments.
• Ability to train and mentor less experienced operators.
• Strong documentation and record-keeping in accordance with SOPs and MBRs.

Responsibilities

• Mentor staff in aseptic techniques and SOP adherence.
• Prepare solutions and perform aseptic filling and labeling under sterile conditions.
• Operate filling equipment and lyophilizers in cleanroom environments.
• Assist in sterilization, equipment prep, and sanitization per SOPs.
• Maintain batch records and logbooks; support investigations as needed.
• Troubleshoot equipment/process issues and escalate when necessary.
• Comply with GMP/ISO requirements and PCI safety guidelines.
